Please read these booking conditions carefully, they form an important part of the contract for your holidays.


a. “You” / “Client” means the person / persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is done.
b. “We” / “Us” / “Company” means C.S.K. Tours & Travels.
c. “Independent Contractors” means Hoteliers / Hotel Owners, Owner of any airlines or shipping Company or Railway, Ferryboat Owner / Operators, Coach Owner / Operators, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the Company to render services to the Client.
d. “Tour Cost” means the final amount mentioned in writing to the Client.


This is a purely customized itinerary designed especially for the Client as per his / her requirements. We do not guarantee to repeat the same itinerary for any other prospective Client at the same price. All the prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All applicable rates / charges mentioned herewith are strictly on a per person basis unless specified otherwise.

The Client/ Traveler must have his/her passport valid for at least 6 months subsequent to such Tour.

As per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, The Company reserves the right to collect Government Service Tax over and above the applicable Tour Cost. G.S.T. Rates for the same differ from service to service.

As a standard policy High Season charges / surcharges are made applicable from time to time by hotels, cruises, sightseeing points, etc. We do not hold responsibility over the application of any such charges, though at the time of the final booking our executive will advise you of any such charges if applied by our suppliers.

Please verify your hotel check-in & check-out timings with our booking executive, these timings vary from place to place. CSK Tours & Travels does not guarantee any early check-in or late check-out facilities at any hotel. Such facilities attract an additional one night cost, which is to be borne the guest.

We do not follow a credit policy, 100% payment has to be made in advance of the departure date of your travel. A Cancellation chart has been attached for your reference.

All Credit Card Payments will be subject to a 2% processing fees which will be charged over and above the amount for which the card is to be swiped. In case of a Cancellation, these charges will not be considered as a part of the amount to be refunded back.

We do not accept any kind of foreign currency in cash. If the quotation given involves a foreign currency component then, the currency component amount will be converted into INR as per the applicable SELLING RATE of Exchange. The rate of exchange is subject to fluctuation in the market, therefore the rate applicable will be as per the day on which the payment is made. As a standard we follow the THOMAS COOK INDIA LTD Rate of exchange sheet which is sent to us on a daily basis.

Complete handover of Travel documents and vouchers will be done only after having received 100% payments.

In case if a Client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the Tour due to any reasons whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any other travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.


The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person travelling with him for Loss of Baggage by the Airline, Failure to provide meal of the Client’s choice by the Airline, Overbooking of seats by the Airline, Failure on the part of Airline to accommodate Client despite having confirmed tickets. Meals offered by the Airline/ Quality of the meal, Flight Delay, if the Client misses the Flight, Changes of flight schedule/routing. In this condition the expression “however caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person. If in the event the Client is booked on a particular Airline on a particular date and due to certain reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Client is not allowed to board the flight, the Client shall not hold the Company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the Client against the Company. Airport taxes / Airport Development Fees as applicable to be paid over & above the Tour cost. Once tickets are issued, any kind of Date Change/ Name Change / Cancellation / Refund will attract airline charges. 100% refund is not at all guaranteed. All the booking / cancellation / Date change / Name change of / on the airline ticket and the travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms & conditions of respective Airlines and the same may be provided to the Client by the Company upon request, if available. Airline seats are subject to availability. The Airline reserves the right to withdraw any continuing offers / schemes without prior notice. The Company holds no responsibility / guarantee of fares for tickets issued under such offers or schemes. For Group / MICE / Incentive / Conference Departures to any international destination, the airfare / cancellation / Name Change / Date Change charges applicable are subject to airline rules & regulations.


All visa fees are non refundable. All service charges collected by C.S.K. Tours & Travels towards processing of Visa is 100% non-refundable. All the customers travelling on a international Tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authority to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Company will not be held responsible for the same. The Company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate / embassy’s decision. The role of the Company is only to provide necessary guidance to the customer for the purpose of applying for visa. The Company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete/ incorrect / delayed documents from the customers. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the consulate / authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the customer, the issuance of visa may further be delayed / rejected, and the customer will not hold CSK Tours & Travels liable for the same. Customer will adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy. Upon rejection of visa, if the Client wishes to reapply for the same, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fees to CSK Tours & Travels and the consulate and he/she will not claim from CSK Tours & Travels.
It will solely be the customer’s responsibility to plan accordingly for the visa and then book other services. Some consulates require return confirm air tickets as one of the important documents for verification before issuing any visa. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the risk of the applicable airline cancellation charges due to visa rejection. CSK Tours & Travels will not issue any sort of dummy / fake reservation details.


We are travel and holiday organizers only. The role of the Company is that of an agent of the customer to secure proper services for the Tour from the Independent Contractors and service providers such as the Airlines, Shipping Company, Hotels, Coach, etc. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping Company, coach or coach Company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in our itinerary or inclusions mentioned therein. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select them and have no control in operating them,Our obligations, and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility included in your holiday are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities. You must show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make any claim. Standards of, for example, safety, hygiene and quality vary throughout the transport and destinations that your holiday may involve. Sometimes these standards will be lower than those which would be expected.The suppliers of the services and facilities included in your holiday should comply with local standards where they are provided.


We shall have no liability where the cause of the failure to provide, or failure in, your holiday or any death or personal injury you may suffer is not due to any fault on our part or that of our agents or suppliers, because it is either attributable to you, or attributable to someone unconnected with your holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable, or is attributable to our employees, agents, subcontractors and suppliers and their staff whilst acting outside the scope of their employment, or is due to information, however obtained, from outside sources such as independent third party websites, or is due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event which neither we, nor our agents or suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled, or related to any consequential loss not directly connected to the contract with us. If you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked itinerary, the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider. The decision to partake in any such activity is entirely at your own discretion and risk. If you do have any complaint about, or problem with, any optional activity purchased in resort your claim should be directed to the activity provider and not to us. However, should you or any member of your party by misadventure suffer illness, injury or death during the period of your holiday from an activity which does not form part of the arrangements made by us or an excursion purchased through us, we shall, where appropriate and subject to our absolute discretion, try to help if we can.


We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and we will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service providers who have been engaged to provide the required services to you during your Tour. However we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or enquiry by any government / statutory agency having regulatory authority over the Company.


It shall be the duty of the Client to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical conditions that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour arrangements. In an event that a medical condition has not been disclosed the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance or money back. It is necessary for the Client to obtain valid travel/health insurance prior to the commencement of the Tour and the Company will not be responsible for the same. Settlement of the claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance Company.


Any communication directed at the address or made through/on the contact details such as e-mail Id, cell-phone/telephone no./fax no. of the Client shall be deemed to have been communicated to and received by the Client and Visa versa. The Company shall not be held responsible for any error on part of the mode of communication in this regard.


The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client for:

a. Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus/ air/ trains/ ships or cancellation of special bogie or any other service due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.
b. Sightseeing missed & / or program being cancelled after the commencement of the Tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situations which are beyond our control.
c. Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, and or / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
d. Any act, omission, default of Independent Contractor or other persons or be any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage, transport facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
e. The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “Howsoever Caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
f. For International travelers a part of your Tour cost could be paid in foreign currency out of your BTQ.

If the Client has any compliant in respect to the services provided by any of the Independent Contractors, the Client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Company in order to enable the Company to take up the matter with the Independent Contractor so that in future other Clients do not face the same difficulty.
We may operate holidays in regions where standards of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities and other infrastructure may, at times, be lower than those you normally expect. The outline itineraries given for each holiday must be taken as an indication of what should be accomplished, and not as a contractual obligation on our part. Changes in itinerary may be caused by local political conditions, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, weather, border restrictions, sickness, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Please note that the timings of air, sea, road or rail departures are estimates only. These timings may be affected by operational difficulties, weather conditions or failure of passengers to check in on time.


In case the Client cancels the Tour, Cancellation charges stated herein shall apply and the Client will be liable to pay to the Company such charges. All services such as Airline Seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground Transportation / Paid Meals, etc. for the Tour are reserved in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame.

Cancellation Charges Per Person when a Cancelation is made
45 days or more prior to the departure 90% refund will be made
45 days to 30 days prior to the departure 75% refund will be made
30 days to 07 days prior to the departure 50% refund will be made
07 days prior to the departure 0% refund will be made

Cancellation applicable will be as per the policies of the hotel / vendor. There is no fixed cancellation charge applicable. C.S.K. Tours & Travels service charge will be applicable towards such cancellations.


Since all our tours are on customized basis of all-inclusive arrangements, no refund can be considered or given for any absence from the tour or any unused service or meals, once the tour has commenced and is en-route unless special arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Any and all claims for refund are to be made only to our booking office, as no agent, representative, guide, or any other persons are authorized to make or promise to make any change or alteration of the official conditions and regulations. No claims can be considered if it is not accompanied be a completed service adjustment coupon or written authorization from our overseas representatives and/or hotels.

All refunds will be done in INR only. Refund of any foreign currency components will be converted into INR as per the applicable BUYING RATE of Exchange only. The rate of exchange is subject to fluctuation in the market, therefore the rate applicable will be as per the day on which the payment is made. As a standard we follow the THOMAS COOK INDIA LTD Rate of exchange sheet which is sent to us on a daily basis.


The Company shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of the terms and conditions / services / Tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company, which shall include acts of God, riots, wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities, or requisition (acts of Government/s), or delays/negligence/carelessness in the performance of the Independent Contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. Any additional cost incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event, shall be paid by the Client.

All disputes / complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the Tour and services of the Company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Pune only.

Upon signing of these terms and conditions page, these terms and conditions shall be binding on both the Company & the Client and shall become the only basis of relations between the parties and all previous communications in whatsoever form or mode, whether oral or otherwise shall stand cancelled / revoked / terminated.


On behalf of all the persons travelling, I have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions as mentioned hereinabove. Your reservation and purchase of any travel product or service of C.S.K. Tours, – doing

business as C.S.K. Tours or Travels, – constitutes a contractual agreement between you and C.S.K. Tours, and represents your acceptance of CSK Tours & Travels Terms & Conditions as detailed herein.
