Why It’s Important to Follow Etiquette
Every citizen is their home country’s ambassador, especially when traveling overseas! Our vacations are of international standards and quality. Showing respect for cultural differences often gains you respect in return. Being friendly and a part of the group makes it more enjoyable for everyone.
It is imperative that you maintain punctuality at all times—for departure times, optional tours, and meeting times— so that you do not get left behind. It is rude and unfair if your travel co-ordinators / drivers / guides have to waste time waiting for you when they could be enjoying the destination. Moreover, your itinerary has been planned to maximize the touring experience, and on-time operation is necessary to ensure the planned itinerary can be followed. We are not liable for any losses you may incur because of poor timekeeping on your part. We urge you to read our Terms & Conditions to familiarize yourself with our liability in such situations.
On—Tour Behavior
Showing respect and courtesy to fellow travelers during the journey will likely earn you the same in return and will result in a positive experience for everyone. Speaking to others or on a mobile phone when the Tour guide is giving commentary should be avoided.
Traveling with Children
If you are a parent traveling with children, it is your responsibility to take care of them and tend to their safety. If your are travelling in a group, most of your travel companions will have a real interest in learning about the cultures of countries they are touring and want to enjoy uninterrupted commentary from the guide. It is also a great way for the children to learn about other places and to respect other cultures.
Your Touring Vehicle
Eating and smoking on motor-coaches / Private vans & vehicles is strictly prohibited out of India, so that you can enjoy your scenic drives in a clean, hygienic, and state-of-the-art environment.
For your own comfort, please travel light (baggage dimensions and weight limitations are given in your travel documents). On the motorcoach, carry only essential items in a small backpack to ensure it fits in the luggage rack or under the seat in front of you, rather than on your or your neighbor’s lap! Trolley bags that are used as carry-on luggage on airlines are strictly prohibited on the motorcoach.
Your Tour Director & Driver
Every vacation becomes special because of the experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated guides who escort the tour. These friendly professionals are highly respected, are trained in dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds, and work hard to provide you with an enjoyable and hassle-free vacation. They will tell you delightful stories, give local insights, and work behind the scenes so that operational details are taken care of for the next day of the journey. Many hold professional degrees and are highly qualified. They justifiably expect to be treated and respected as professionals.
Your drivers ensure that you have a comfortable and safe journey as you discover new places on your vacation. They navigate through heavy traffic and ensure your motorcoach / vehicle is neat and tidy for your next day of travel. They, too, expect to be treated with courtesy.
Guide & Driver Gratuities
At the end of each tour, our travelers take the opportunity to thank the guide and drivers for their services by paying them a gratuity. Tips for Local Guides are not included in our charge. You may pay these directly on your vacation as per your comfort & and your overall experience with the person.
On—Tour Assistance
If you have an issue or concern, please approach your guide / driver rather than wait for the situation to escalate, waiting until the end of the tour to bring it up, not bringing it up at all, The only person who can help resolve any situation that arises is your guide / driver. At the same time, be reasonable and understand that s/he is doing their best to make your vacation as memorable one. Everyone wants a wonderful travel experience—including your guide.

We have faced a no of question about fair pricing
Well we have been in business for the past 7 to 8 years, served a very fair share of customers and yes we have lost a few also. At CSK Tours we have always been very conscious about the cost of the tour paid by the customer. We truly understand that the value of services paid by the customer can never be calculated based on any pre-fixed formulae. It all depends upon their experience of the tour. A single mistake at the hands of one of the many persons (Airport Handlers, Airline staff, Tour Guides, Drivers, Local handlers, local authority & law, etc.) who would be handling our clients can result in a total failure. Only a co-ordinated and well planned effort from all of these people can result in a successful holiday.
We take utmost care in orchestrating the very best possible holiday experience for those who keep faith in us. Besides, having enjoyed a successful & growing customer base for all these years we have also managed to associate and do business with some of the finest in the business. We take immense pleasure in the perfection and clarity of our business associates. We admire our team of finest players.
So even though we are in the market, we do not treat every other travel company as a competition for us to gain the faith of our customers. There could be an instance where in a similar deal like what we have offered could be available for a cheaper price in the market but that does not let our morals go down. We do understand the quality and quantity of efforts that need to be put in to make a memorable holiday experience, and it may not always be necessary that a cheaper deal is a better deal. After all it takes an expert to analyse the differences between such offers with a keen & just eye. Our rates are fixed as per international standards set by the travel industry and we do not entertain bargaining.
